    Vented "Cool" Pipe???

Agreed Kyle, those future pipes are absolutely rediculous they look like something me and my friends would have built as teenagers to smoke other substances, but the concept of the body around the bowl is logical(but very ugly). I personally think pipes are too small to benefit from much fancy...

    Vented "Cool" Pipe???

I tend to think the simpler the better and find straight billiards usually the best all around pipe in terms of cool smoking and staying lit for me(everybody's different though) but what is your goal of the vented design? I'm a heating/AC technician by trade(only I deal with bigger pipes), and...

    Reincarnation

@George, Ya, that's about how I figured it would be, the shine is really what worries me, whats the point of having a perfectly fitted pipe that has all these scuffs and scratches around the stem, I might just leave it be for now it honestly doesn't bother me and is really only...

    Reincarnation

PS, the stem is about 1mm too big on the corners and though its not a big deal I'm curious if anyone has any idea's on shaping them flush again? I trust myself working with wood but I'm iffy on the plastic, anyone else ever work with minor stemwork or should I just leave it be? lol I was...

    Reincarnation

I swear someone somewhere swapped pipes on me lol, this is my first time refurbishing a pipe and I think I might have found a new hobby for when I have no space to build boats, I think I'm going to have to invest in a nice dremel tool though for next time, I think a dremel would make the...

    Reincarnation

I took a chance and bought a 3$ pipe on Ebay totaled 8$ after shipping. It was an old Yello Bole Premier Bulldog. Battered and bruised and definitely showing its age. By the battered burned and bruised looks of it, I think she was somebodies favorite once upon a time. The rim was charred and...

    My Morning Meerschaum

@fish, I forgot, I solidly recommend Meerco pipes, they always have some simple pipes on hand and the quality is great, always solid block straight from Turkey. That's where I bought this one and I guarantee it will be where I buy my next.

    My Morning Meerschaum

@fish, that's exactly what drew me to this pipe, the fancy figurals and shapes ar just too extravagant for me I love the smooth basic billiard shape, I plan on buying another one in the future something with an oom paul shape or a full bend. @moonbla, I only have the one for now but I think 3...

    My Morning Meerschaum

So I'm sitting here smoking my Meerschaum this morning. I'm wondering what you guys opinions are on meerschaums? I have one Meer, I bought from meerco about a year ago, its a smallish/medium billiard with an acryllic stem. I got to admit I like briar more but this is one hell of a pipe. Its...

    Half and Half

I agree Doc I'm the same way I like to change things up all the time and after 6 years of pipe smoking I still havn't found a daily/permanent blend. It all depends on my mood at the time. Although I usually always blend down my aromatics. I do enjoy aromatics alot but I don't have much of a...

    Half and Half

I gotta agree with Doc, I've done the half and half and half with cb gold and I also loved it everything rounds out so nice together its probably the best drug store concoction I've ever tried and the CB gold helps knock down the wetness that bugs me so much about the HH.

Greetings from the great green north.

@Kaiser, I read on 4noggins website that their policy is to never mark packages as something other then what it is and its 100% buyers risk, but they might just state that on the site for liability reasons, either way I'm a little iffy about it until I can find more info from people first hand...

Greetings from the great green north.

@ Hermit, I have thought about ordering off 4noggins for quite a while but I'm worried that customs here in Canada will charge me 100$ on 30$ worth of tobacco, I would need to hear opinions from some other Canadians who have ordered from them and find out roughly how bad they get screwed with...

    Pipes and Beverage

I like to enjoy my tobbacs with either black coffee or neat whisky but I'm diabetic and the only carbonated drinks I can have are full of more poison then the tobacco(aspartame). I do like bushmills though its a fine irish whiskey nice honey lemon profile to it.

lol thanks Sean, I actually got my signature of a commercial for wisers deluxe whisky, Its a damn good canadian whisky if you ever see a bottle I recommend grabbing one to try. But the funny thing is I seen the commercial and I laughed and loved the slogan right away and it actually inspired me...

    Half and Half

I'm working my way through a 12 oz bucket of Half and Half right now and my opinion is mixed about it, I do enjoy the flavour but I find they use too much humectant and the tobbac stays far too moist for my enjoyment although I did manage to remedy that but taking half the tin and more or less...

Greetings from the great green north.

Hey everyone I'm Jacques from Northern Ontario Canada, I have been a pipe smoker for a few years now looking to reach out and associate with other pipe smokers. I live in a very small remote town population 1500, I'm literally 5 hours in any direction from a decent sized city and even further...
