Through the kindness of Nate, just had a pipeful of St James Flake and thoroughly enjoyed it - a bit spicier and sweeter than Escudo but a real good VaPer nonetheless and smooth from start to finish - really a great smoke in my Peterson 2012 Christmas bent Bulldog......the more I try these VaPer...

Thought I'd chime in on this old thread - I hadn't seen much mention of this blend. I think it's awesome - a real heavyweight, smoky, complex, strong, and is a great evening smoke especially with a good scotch in hand - or even coffee after dinner. I had a tin of this about three years old which...

Just finished Lane's Medal of valor in a 2004 Dr. Bob Keiss PP Patriot Straight Rusticated Bulldog with a saddle bit stem....great tobacco and one of my favorite pipes! Smokes and looks great!
