Here's the one I use-

I also have a Holt's ashtray freebie from a cigar purchase many moons ago. This is a stock image, but mine is white instead of grey-

Wiz, the bottle is kinda hard to date because of the heating and shaping but I'm told it's 1880's maybe 90's.
