Just for kicks, I ordered some of the GH Sweet Pigtails from Mr Snuff.  All three were supposed to be the small diameter pigtails, and that's how the packages were marked, but two (sweet coffee and sweet rum) were the usual GH thickness, and only one (sweet) the really narrow pigtail.  No weight was marked, but the two larger diameter samples should give three, maybe four, small pipefulls.

So, after all that intro, 1st try GH Sweet Coffee Pigtail in an Italian mini-churchwarden

edit: tasty, but this REALLY will get your heart started!
