Escudo in a half bent billiard with no stamped provenance but which was said by the dealer at the time I bought it to have been made in Greece of 100-year old Algerian briar ... inasmuch as I paid very little $$ at the time, I took a chance on it because I liked the appearance ... that 'mystery' pipe is happily among the best-smoking pipes I own ...

Just finished smoking South Seas in a 1975 medium bend sandblasted looking, smooth on the sides yellow Pioneer meer. Next is Angler's Dream in a 2003 paneled black grain relief medium bend Karl Erik Ekstravagant freehand sitter with a smooth rim.
 
Big Canadian Moretti loaded with Nitecap, had it rebored by Norwoods, Moretti puts too small a chamber in his pipes.
