Did the same thing but after I cleaned out the salt it still tasted bad. Had to run everclear through it again and let it dry. After that no problem.

At the B&M that I go to has a 20% off all pipes and accessories. So even if its a BS thing, I don't care because I got a new Nording pipe for 60$ the also had all tins on sale for 9$ a tin. So this guy stocked up a bit. Happy pipe smoking day!!

Only time will tel if it was a good deal or not. When you break it in and if its a great smoker, then I would think you got a good deal.

I buy tins on ebay every once in a while. I only do it when the prices is a steal, because I'm cheap. The last time I bought off ebay it was four tins of Peterson for about 20 USD after shipping. My lcoal B&M sells them for 10 USD each and the cheapes i found on the internet is for 8USD each...

3-7 a day. Depends on the day. I'm not to worried about the health thing. The way I see it, ill get lead poisoning before I get cancer. I got so much shrapnel in my body I can't even go through a metal detector without it going off.

Has any one else tried these? I came across 4 slices form a tin at my b&m and I just smoked one of them. It was like christmas in my mouth. The flavors were perfect. I have smoke perfection. If you ever get a chance to try some, definitely do.
