I cannot say enough good things about Northwoods. I buy it by the pound and have a hard time making it last. As D&B said, it is a bit sweeter than standard English blends but it is great in its own right. Countryside is also just as good but a bit lighter. I've never had any of their aero's...

Just finished up some EMP in a Briar Bird Billiard. Before that it was some FVF in a B. Kalnitz Billiard And first thing in the morning it was some Pease Chelsea Morning in a CustomBilt Billiard All paired with Black Coffee of course.

I would suggest not expanding the tenon via heat and press. i would also not put nail polish on it. The wax method is a good one. I would stick with that. The pipe may have not been smoked for some time now and the wood has to re settle. Smoking it regularly should fix this problem as the wood...
