Tonight was piping bliss at its finest! I smoked my first bowl of Russ Ouellette's Slice O'Gold in a brand new Turkish calabash Meer while drinking three fingers of Maker's 46. Great smoke, great pipe and better whiskey. It was a fine, warm evening with a nice southwesterly breeze... Heaven on Earth. :)

FINALLY getting around to trying Union Square in an old 60s Shell Briar apple.

Why the hell did it take me so long?? This is some bright and exciting VA flake. And this sample is from C&D's table at Chicago, which means it has no age on it
