    Beer that matches tobacco

I enjoy a great deal of beers (ales, lagers, beer, etc) and I find that Miller Fortune works with C & D Burley Flake 2 and Briar Fox. Of course this missive will be changed when I drink more beers with my pipe. I am quite the afficiando when it comes to beers. I prefer European beers to...

    C&D Bow-legged Bear

This is probably the worst thing I have every had in my pipe. It is too bitter and the flavors do not blend even though it comes in crumble cakes. I smoked one fourth of it before putting on the shelf to age. I think it just might get better, but I don’t know. I usually like C&D products...

    C&D Byzantium

This is a full Balkan and very strong. It comes very moist and after the initial shock wears off it tastes good. It would probably be best after time in the cellar.

    A Pipe I carved

This is one of the Pipes I carved.  It is natural, plateaux briar and smokes extremely well.  I have more, but this is my favorite.

    Pipe Stone

Anyone ever use red Pipe Stone to make a pipe? I am thinking of making one out of the hunk of rock I have. It would be much like an Indian Peace Pipe. Takes me back to some of my ancestors.
