    Brown Flake Liquorice

agreed I bought several pounds site unsmoked. Mars may have actually special ordered them for me, they were the first to be able to get them. The tin note is strong licorice, but it really doesn't come through in the flavor. there might be stronger batches out there. it smells similar to Kendal...

    Stuck Stem

I think it cost less than a repair job would lol. Really nice pipe, maybe I should try brining it outside on a really rainy humid day?

    Stuck Stem

I've got a new old stock Orlik straight billiard with an innertube. The stem is stuck. I turned it a quarter way left and it just wont budge anymore. I've tried freezing and freezing about ten times and there is nothing I can do. Can anyone help me? This is a really dope pipe

Chocolate Flake - Gawith Hoggarth vs Samuel Gawith?

Maybe but probably because many people don't understand what Tonquin tastes like. I too get a very vanilla-chocolate, sometimes I even mix in some Vanilla Flake. Either way there us nothing like lavender in the blend

Chocolate Flake - Gawith Hoggarth vs Samuel Gawith?

? There is (of course?) no lavender in Bob's Chocolate Flake at all & nothing that noticebly resembles Tonquin

    Amaretto

hey guys, anybody tried C&D Luciano? I'm looking for an Amaretto blend. Would go straight for the last 2 SG Limited editions but the reviews say the amaretto topping is absent. What about Sunset Breeze?

    Crowley's Peluke Molasses

    Crowley's Peluke Molasses

He had many parcels from America with boxes of chocolates (in them) when they were rationed here, and at one time he had boxes of chocolates stacked from floor to ceiling. And he had this very strong (peluke) tobacco made with molasses; and the smell of that tobacco stayed in the room for a long...

    Gawith Sweet Pigtails

Oh sorry horse, yea I've been waiting for the rum twist to come back in. I got a big jar of maple rope stashed away, do you like it? It good an hearty but i wish it had a heavy maple flavor. If I want maple i reach for the Brown Flake. Hey let me know what you think of the new stuff you got. I...

    No-Nik

Hey speedy I'm a little confused by what you mean. The pipe is the punto oro 111, it def looks like a punto oro, but the box has a no-nik sticker on it. So does the no-nik mean 9mm filter? If so thats awesome, because it means smoking w out the filter it will have a wide open draw i assume

    Gawith Sweet Pigtails

I got the licorice pigtail and the regular licorice and the pigtail is so thin. i would go with the larger ropes but the licorice one isn't very sweet. maybe the others are. Also the Maple is available from the us sellers, i think it might just be called "sweet maple" in other countries. Again I...

    No-Nik

Hiya mugs, I recently acquired a NOS Savinelli Punto Oro. It came in the older savinelli box that's similar to the on they use now with different gold writing. On the side of the box it has a gold sticker in place that I just noticed that says "No-Nik". Now I've seen Sav No-Nik pipes here and...

    Rarer Gawith Ropes

Thanks for the opinions. I hope to get my hands on some of the Samuel Gawith aromatic ropes someday, I've tried the cinnamon but it was just a rope with ground cinnamon poured on lol. I'm very interested in the SG no 4 "Aromatic" rope....sounds like it might have a grousemoor type of topping or...

    Rarer Gawith Ropes

Doc do you find the whiskey on the GH rope to be noticeable? It seems like some GH ropes have a distinct topping while others are barely if at all detectable. Have you smoked the SG flavored ropes

    Rarer Gawith Ropes

Indeed was wondering if anyone here has smoked some of them

    Rarer Gawith Ropes

Yes love RB although I think Cannon beats it in floral strength. I have some Aniseed rope by GH which has a heavy topping similar to Rum flake. It's the only rope i've come across with an identifiable topping, but there most be more
